Our subscription plan allows you to choose your favorite coffee products and set a delivery schedule that works for you. You can customize the frequency of deliveries based on your preferences.
2. Minimum Subscription Obligations
- Initial Commitment: By signing up for a subscription, you agree to a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive deliveries. This ensures you receive your selected products consistently.
- Frequency Options: You can choose from delivery frequencies of every 2 weeks, monthly, or bi-monthly.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Subscription pricing will be clearly stated at the time of sign-up. Prices may vary based on the selected products and delivery frequency.
- Payments will be automatically processed on the scheduled delivery date for each subscription cycle.
- You will receive an email notification prior to each payment being processed.
4. Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time through your account on our website. This includes:
- Changing your delivery frequency
- Updating payment information

5. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time after fulfilling the initial commitment of three deliveries.

- Cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours before your next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged for that cycle.
6. Pausing Your Subscription
If you need a temporary break from deliveries, you can pause your subscription for up to three months. During this period, you will not be charged, and deliveries will resume automatically after the pause period ends.
7. Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable. However, if you experience any issues with your order or delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
